Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. 

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

Order Processing and Dispatch Times Processing time is the period required to prepare your order for shipping. This depends on whether your items are ready-to-ship or made-to-order.

  • Customized Items: As these pieces are uniquely crafted for you, the production and dispatch time is up to 10 business days.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders containing items that are ready to be dispatched will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia etc.. It may take anywhere from 7-20 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

  1. EMS usually takes up to 5-7 working days(not including holiday and weekend)
  2. ePacket usually takes 7-20 working days(not including holiday and weekend)
  3. USPS usually takes 1-9 working days(not including holiday and weekend)
