How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order confirmation email is sent. Once processed, the order is forwarded to the jeweler for production.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Gold vermeil is an affordable alternative to solid gold and can last for a long time with proper care.
- Remove your jewelry before applying lotions, sunscreen, perfume, or when cleaning with harsh chemicals (e.g., bleach).
- Clean it using warm soapy water; avoid using sterling silver cleansers.
