- Enter your name (up to 9 characters; only one capital letter allowed).
- Complete checkout and place your order (your custom design will be handcrafted with a turnaround time of approximately 6-12 business days).

What is the delivery time for orders?
Our standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks, including both production and shipping. If you need your order sooner, express shipping options are available.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order confirmation email is sent. Once processed, the order is forwarded to the jeweler for production.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Gold vermeil is an affordable alternative to solid gold and can last for a long time with proper care.
- Remove your jewelry before applying lotions, sunscreen, perfume, or when cleaning with harsh chemicals (e.g., bleach).
- Clean it using warm soapy water; avoid using sterling silver cleansers.
- Avoid exposure to chlorine, as it can discolor or damage your gold vermeil pieces. Remove your jewelry before entering pools or hot tubs.
- Keep in mind that all metals can tarnish over time. If your gold vermeil develops dark spots, you can gently rub it with a baking soda paste to restore its shine and color.

Most of our jewelry is crafted from genuine gold vermeil. Gold vermeil pieces are made with precious metals and thick gold plating, offering superior quality compared to standard gold-plated jewelry.
